I could not be more pleased with the service I received today from Papa Bears Auto Center in Bothell, WA. I called this morning for a quote on an oil change and a Tune Up and spoke to Lindsey. She was very professional & friendly. John, the manager, called back with the quote (which was reasonable), described what would be included, asked if I had other concerns regarding the performance of my car, and educated me on a few items. An hour later, I dropped off the car and it was serviced in a very short period of time while I enjoyed a long walk around the neighborhood. Upon payment, I was surprised and pleased to find that the bill was for less than the quote. John and his team could easily have over charged me for services that I did not need. This is a business with ethical principles. Thank you John, Lindsey, & Papa Bears!

They do great work and the pricing is fair. If they aren't able to do a particular service those whom they recommend are also excellent. I highly recommend!!!
