Jo(h)n was super helpful and very honest. We got there as soon as they opened and they immediately got us into the shop. He gave a full detailed inspection and shared all that he found with the car and gave a full estimation on prices. Definitely recommend, these are very trustworthy family owned mechanics! The atmosphere was super nice and big smiles all around!

Excellent Quality job and fair price, got one of my bushings replaced on a 2010 Toyota Venza. Les Schwab couldn’t do it The Toyota Specialist repair shop near by couldn’t do it. Jon did it in less than 2 hrs. Definitely coming back. If you need a suspension job done this is the shop to go to.

Never had such a great experience at an auto shop. The manager/owner was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and was able to fix problems that day. Communication was thorough and he even sent pictures. Prices were very reasonable compared to other places I called. 10/10 will go back solely because I trusted and enjoyed the people that worked with me.

Fabulous service! Spoke to Josh (I think) before showing up at the shop. He checked part availability and called me back within ten minutes and asked me to bring the vehicle into the shop. The guys who checked me in were really helpful too. They replaced the oil pressure sensor in my car and my vehicle was ready in less than two hours. So glad I chose papa bear auto shop—never going anywhere else. Thanks Josh! Thanks Papa Bear!
